Payment

​Payment must be made at time of purchase.  We accept PayPal, and major credit cards.  

Refunds

​Foxglove Soap Company does not offer any refunds or accept any returned items.  If an item has been damaged upon delivery, the item must be returned to Foxglove Soap Company for a replacement item.  If a replacement item is not available, a refund may be given.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the issue!!

Ingredient Disclaimer

​Making health-related claims about beauty products is prohibited by the FDA, which has set forth regulations for bath & body companies to adhere to.  While many ingredients used may be listed with specific properties pertaining to such ingredient, we will never claim the use of our soap will treat pre-existing skin and/or mental health conditions.  It is also important to seek medical advise before using our products while pregnant or nursing.  

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed.

Why is my debit/credit card not being accepted?

The billing address and phone number provided must match the information currently on file with your bank. If you feel there’s an error, we recommend getting in contact with your banking institution or rechecking the information entered in the required fields.

Soap Care

All of our handmade bars are made by method of cold process.  They are then cut to approximately 4.5-5 ounces. These bars prefer to dry out in between use.  Please use a draining soap dish, or soap lift to prolong the life of your bars.
